Las Vegas is cranking up the fireworks, flair, and freedom for America’s 250th birthday this Fourth of July weekend. Towering 60 floors above downtown, Legacy Club at Circa Resort & Casino delivers one of the city’s most jaw-dropping celebrations with its Star-Spangled Glamour event, open bar, live music, and front-row fireworks views that light up the sky. The patriotic party explodes across town with rowdy Americana vibes at Rouge Room and bold, festive flavors at Borracha Mexican Cantina and Amaya Modern Mexican. Circa Resort & Casino is making a major splash this Fourth of July with a full day of celebrations at Stadium Swim and Legacy Club. Kicking things off at 4 p.m. is the third annual “Weenies & Bikinis” hot dog eating contest, bringing competitive fun poolside as competitors in Jobee swimwear race to devour American Coney Island hot dogs in just five minutes. Spectators get front-row seats to the action, with prizes awarded to the top three finishers, including a $2,500 cash prize for the champion. General admission starts at $50.
At 6 p.m., Stadium Swim transforms into the ultimate after-dark party with the debut “4th of July Night Swim.” Guests can cool off under the stars while enjoying panoramic views of downtown Las Vegas’ fireworks, high-energy DJ sets from SPTLGHT artists including L-Rich, Sol Ember, DJ Skye, Avio, and Richy Rozay, plus specialty cocktails featuring El Cristiano, Samuel Adams, and Tito’s. Capping the night at 7 p.m., Legacy Club’s annual Star-Spangled Glamour event returns to the 60th-floor rooftop lounge. The Las Vegas Strip is gearing up for a weekend of Independence Day festivities as MGM Resorts marks America250 with fireworks, photo-worthy displays and family-friendly events across its properties.

The event kicks off at 7 p.m. atop Parking Structure 1, offering guests prime elevated views of the spectacular fireworks display at Durango Casino & Resort, set to begin at 9 p.m. Attendees can relax with a glass of wine from Wineaux and sweet treats from Salt & Straw while enjoying the holiday atmosphere from the rooftop. Complimentary parking will be available for those entering the parking garages between 7 and 10 p.m. Wineaux will also serve a special holiday seafood boil from 2 to 9 p.m. for $59 per individual portion, complete with an assortment of seafood and classic sides. Durango Casino & Resort At Durango Casino & Resort, Bel-Aire Backyard, the poolside oasis, will welcome guests of all ages for a Fourth of July celebration with prime views of the resort’s 9 p.m. fireworks display. Doors open at 7 p.m., with a live DJ providing entertainment throughout the evening and the Backyard Grill serving classic summertime favorites such as hamburgers and hot dogs. Tickets are $35 for guests ages 12 and older, $10 for children ages 2–11, and free for children under 2.
Serving vibrant, coastal Mexican-inspired fare, Mijo Modern Mexican will celebrate with two festive specials: the Birria Burger ($24), featuring a half-pound grilled beef patty topped with slow-braised birria, melted Oaxaca cheese, crispy onions, and salsa macha aioli on a toasted brioche bun with freedom fries; and the Firecracker Tres Leches dessert ($19), a house-made vanilla tres leches cake topped with blueberry compote, fresh berries, white chocolate sauce, and chantilly cream. The specials will be available during brunch (10 a.m.–3 p.m.) and dinner (4–11 p.m.).
Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca will offer a specialty bourbon peach iced tea featuring Wild Turkey Bourbon, peach schnapps, iced tea, and simple syrup for $18, paired with rustic Italian fare including antipasti, house-made pastas, and fresh seafood from the raw bar.
Next door, Borracha Mexican Cantina will feature a “Red, White and Blue” specialty cocktail menu, including the Freedom Fizz, Star Spangled Sparkler, and Firecracker Margarita, each priced at $12. Guests can pair the cocktails with signature tacos, enchiladas, and tableside guacamole.
Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar will feature holiday-inspired brunch and dinner specials, including the Chicago Dog ($15), the Red, White and Blue Burger ($22) with red pepper mayo, white cheddar, and blueberry ketchup, and a roasted suckling pig ($40) served with stone fruits, Thai basil, and hot honey.
Rouge Room will kick off celebrations on Friday, July 3, with Rouge Roundup featuring a mechanical bull, themed food and cocktails in partnership with Jack Daniels and Tito’s Vodka, an outdoor beer garden, and live music from Harmony Shay. On Saturday, July 4, Rouge: La Plage will host Rouge, White & Blue poolside from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. with handcrafted cocktails and DJs, followed by Rouge Noir inside starting at 9 p.m.
ARIA Resort & Casino Proper Eats Food Hall will offer a festive dynamite roll from Temaki Bar ($28), featuring krab, avocado, cucumber, spicy tuna, spicy mayo, ponzu, and popping candy. Easy’s Cocktail Lounge will showcase signature cocktails made with American spirits, including the Snake Bite ($27) and the dramatic Easy’s Smoke Show group experience ($50).
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Amaya Modern Mexican will feature a grilled rack of pork ribs al pastor with pineapple salsa, spicy mac ‘n’ cheese, and cornbread ($32), along with live DJs and fire dancers starting at 8 p.m. The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails will offer live music with American rock classics and a selection of cocktails made with American-distilled spirits. Clique Bar & Lounge will host late-night “In the Mix” celebrations with a live DJ and signature cocktails featuring American spirits.
