Industry trendsetter Clique Hospitality will be honoring the women athletes of the 2026 U.S. Winter Games team and other elite female athletes during FlavorFlav’sSHEWeekend, a four-day Las Vegas Strip celebration from Thursday, July 16 – Sunday, July 19. In addition to a weekend wrap party celebrating the athletes at the new Tailgate Beach Club at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on Sunday, Clique will treat the athletes to breakfast, lunch or dinner at Proper Eats Food Hall at ARIA Resort & Casino, along with a range of experiences at Clique’s other destinations at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, ARIA and Mandalay Bay. SHE Weekend will bring more than 65 elite winter sport athletes to Las Vegas. They include U.S. Winter Game athletes across several sports, including members of the ice hockey, bobsled and skeleton, figure skating, speedskating, ski and snowboard, curling and luge teams. The event began as a viral offer from rapper and women’s sports advocate Flavor Flav and has since grown into a citywide movement supported by MGM Resorts International and Delta Air Lines.

Tailgate Beach Club, the Las Vegas Strip’s first sports pool club, will provide the backdrop for the Sunday celebration. The 50,000-square-foot venue features more than 145 feet of LED screens, three heated pools and a real-sand beach set within Mandalay Bay’s 11-acre tropical complex. The club’s 25 luxury cabanas, two premium bungalows and capacity for up to 2,000 guests create a stadium-caliber atmosphere directly across from Allegiant Stadium, steps from Michelob ULTRA Arena and within view of the future home of the Athletics.
Beyond the Sunday celebration, Clique Hospitality will treat athletes at Proper Eats Food Hall at ARIA Resort & Casino, an eclectic collection of eateries including Wexler’s Deli, Egghead, Steve Aoki’s Pizzaoki, SunLife Organics, Lucky Bird, Temaki, Laughing Buddha, Lola’s Burgers and Happy Leaf.
Additional experiences are planned at Clique properties, including The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails and Clique Bar & Lounge at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and Easy’s Cocktail Lounge at ARIA.
