For Memorial Day Weekend, Proper Eats Food Hall, the highly acclaimed food hall inside ARIA Resort & Casino, will offer featured burgers and brew specials available from Saturday, May 23rd, through Monday, May 25th, ideal for a long weekend on the Las Vegas Strip.
Throughout the weekend, guests can enjoy $8 draft house beers from Proper Bar, alongside Proper Bar’s expansive full bar menu. Lola’s Burgers will feature their Backyard Burger, a hearty, flavor-packed take on the classic favorite, featuring a 6-ounce patty on a sesame bun, American cheese, diced onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup and mustard, priced at $17.

Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa will mark Memorial Day with a selection of specials available throughout brunch and dinner on Monday, May 25. Reservations are encouraged, available on the website.
For an appetizer, guests can dig into savory cheeseburger spring rolls, prepared with Hearthstone’s beef blend, caramelized onion, Copper Sharp American cheese and burger sauce, priced at $15. The main event will feature a grilled Berkshire pork chop, priced at $42, served with sweet corn and butterbean succotash, offering a hearty option for the holiday.
To round out the menu, the Star-Spangled Sundae will bring the fireworks to the table, featuring vanilla soft serve topped with strawberry sauce, red, white and blue sprinkles, Whoppers candy and a sparkler, priced at $12.
