Cinco de Mayo Las Vegas Style

As the calendar flips to May, Las Vegas transforms into a vibrant celebration of Mexican culture, music, and flavor for Cinco de Mayo. Far beyond the traditional margarita-fueled parties, this year’s lineup brings an electric mix of authentic experiences, world-class entertainment, and over-the-top Sin City energy to the Strip and beyond. From high-energy pool parties and star-studded concerts to immersive cultural festivals and late-night fiestas that blur into sunrise, Las Vegas is pulling out all the stops to make 2026’s Cinco de Mayo one for the books and Life of Beer & More is sharing of our favorite spots to enjoy this festive day.

Nacho Daddy, known for its stacked nachos, award-winning margaritas and “never a dry chip” attitude, is celebrating Cinco de Mayo on Tuesday, May 5th, with festive food and drink specials offered all day at all three of its Las Vegas locations, including Downtown Las Vegas, Miracle Mile Shops and Henderson.

In honor of the holiday falling on Taco Tuesday, guests can enjoy three street tacos for $9.99. Selections include shredded chicken topped with onion and cilantro; filet mignon with onion and cilantro; marinated shrimp with coleslaw, mango salsa and serrano aioli; and brisket burnt ends with pico de gallo and barbecue sauce.

In addition, Nacho Daddy will offer buy-one, get-one-free margaritas all day, including house and all signature margaritas, excluding the Frontier. Margarita selections include the Daddy’s Original Margarita, made with 100% Weber Blue Agave reposado tequila, triple sec and housemade sweet and sour, available in original, strawberry or mango flavors; the Hibiscus Passion, made with Telsón Blanco tequila, triple sec, hibiscus passion syrup and housemade sweet and sour, finished with a pink sugar rim and orchid; and the Angry Pineapple, made with Telsón Reposado tequila, pineapple, housemade sweet and sour and triple sec, finished with a Mexican-seasoned rim, among other selections.
